Good place to work. Good for freshers and intermediate level employees.But the environment seems to be saturated. Saturated work place. Very minimal space to grow.

Financial operations (AM) Poor work culture and heavy work load

It might be one of the largest banks but it is plagued by poor work culture and inefficient management. Most of the departments have huge work load and leads to overtime almost regularly. Being in finance operations, there is very little variability in work and the inefficient systems lead to a lot of unnecessary work. The office and facilities are good, but the pay scale is average.

It depends the team u r joining for the overall work load. If you r fresher it's a good to learn and company give ame opportunity to grow. U can move to another department if u think it will suit u bases on ur interest.
