It's a very good company only for salary if you complete the target you will get big amount of insensitive.only one problem if you will not pay on attention on your work you will lost your customer. Somebody will talk your customer.
Work life balance is too much difficult, increment and bonus are dream.Managers do not have professional ethics and they are very much mis behavior in nature.

as a team leader what is my observations are attrition of the employees(front line) is very poor and there is a mismatch with the job role and compensation.
there is no proper training from the company side.
and asking them to do their targets without proper training.
