I have been working in Bajaj finance it is the worst company I have ever worked , I would never suggest any of my friend to work in this company

No work life balance plus no holidays non leave after you work hard even they put pressure to more work . 2 hours work they want to finish with un 1 hours. Please do not think Bajaj is a brand. Join other firm where employee oriented company. It is only money oriented firm there is no employee felling and other problem they only want work .

Ok ok for Only Money

People work here only for Money....seems good to listen but no holidays and no personal life....Would recommend only who wants money money... Career growth....more than that ok to survive....Be ready to work on all the national holidays....with same target derived for you
