typical work system but no leave allow.good thing is salary hike, growth hike and working systems, management is helpful but middle management is bad.

I had a very good work experience in BAJAJ Finance Ltd for 5 years. Learnt alot there, how to handle work pressure & time management too. It was an open work culture with a very comfortable environment.

The on roll job might be okay to work,but I did off roll job so seriously I'm not to write comment about it.....it would depend upon the employee skills and his mental abilities to work and stay long there at finserve. Co.the good salary will be given on the company roll staffs....promotion also given for the employee experience

From our productivity we will have our best money. My highest incentive in 14 k without salary. There is a great chance to be a smart worker. Ease n smart chance to get a variety of earning.

I worked for 4 years and 6 months in bajaj finserv. I promoted from sales executive to Risk officer which is on role job. Overall its good but most of the times, me and my colleagues were faced lot of pressure and felt insecure about job.Would u please change the work culture between management and employees.
