it takes about 10-12 hours a day at work. it is good place to learn new things in work and organisation is good for workaholics. senior management are aggressive and expecting performance in similar way. hardest part of job is that you have to overachieve your monthly targets, yet seniors expecting more in next month. this hunger never had its limit. cooperative colleagues and ownership of your own tasks to take full responsibilities are most enjoyable part of the job.
