Lack of management

Relationship Manager (Former Employee) - New Delhi, Delhi - February 26, 2018

The company's branches has no managerial skill. They asked us to sell loans at a very high rate of interest which was very hard to do.The location of my branch was good though. My dad started by going to the branch in the morning and after my attendance I went to the field to do my job.

What is the best part of working at the company?I don't think it's a good company for career as my personal view. I have never seen a worst company in my career. It will finish your happiness and family. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?The higher authorities are not efficient and not enough knowledge. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?There is the worst culture I have never seen in my whole career. They are using bad languages to their subordinates. What is a typical day like for you at the company?I didn't get that day in my bandhan career.
