What is the best part of working at the company?Toxic environment.Partiality in terms of gender and caste.Bengali oriented company.Never join.HR is unresponsive.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Over pressure.Superiors are rude and unprofessional.Toxic environment.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Working from 9am to 10am daily in branch banking.Still you will get scolding from superiors.

good place for beginners. The environment is relaxed. people are good but the growth is sluggish due to less bonuses low increments. Less exposure since its a small bank.
