Chilled place for senior folks to settle down, not a good place if you are starting your career.The tech stack seems quite a bit old even when compared to banks like JPMC.

very nice place to work . sometime ur desire tech may be problem if u want some other tech to work but by taking to higher management it can resolve also.many benefits like- meal card, jym, medical benefit, learning opportunity are there. So overall good place to work.Sometime depending upon the team it can vary also.

I worked as SWE. I did not have good experience working for them. My team lead was highly demotivating. No wonder my team was always hiring, because team members either moved to different teams internally or left the organization altogether. My friends from different teams were happy with the organization. So, it depends on the team.

Bofa is a good place to work , employee friendly ,more benefits, only thing you have to keep in mind is that get in to good process , managers do not give too much stress to you..personal diff will be there ,
