What is the best part of working at the company?I have not experienced any best part!What is the most stressful part about working at the company?There employees are too rude and have not any management skills, how to handle the tele caller sector...What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Nothing!They want to improve their management.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Every day,Because they shouting on employees compalsary every morning.

Working is good here.. the reason for leaving the company is for salary issues which was promised earlier but not yet fullfilled... Nice place and environment for fresher to work in..

Very poor management and no coordination with the HR dept HR dept is not supportive as they are ment to be. Managing director does not willing to look what's happening in the institute.

Peaceful Workplace

It was nice to be the Head in Accounts of Bansal Classes.Also a very nice experience at the head office visit to kota. Learnt a lot and feel good to say to be part of Bansal as it is the one of the best coaching for IIT--JEE.
