Been working for the more than 30 years. It is an ideal place for research. In realty you get paid to read and think. You are encouraged to study further and complete your doctorate. The campus is beautiful. Amenities such as quarters, dispensaries, hospital creche are provided. Good work life balance.

The place is full of enthusiasm and energy. Very collaorative culture. Scope of lote of innovation and creativity. Young minds can learn a lot. Work life alance is also very good.

Their are all staff very helpful. They help each other. They are explained everything for job profile. I like to work with all employees. They are always told work very carefully. U don't understand anything I am solve this.

Not productive,outdated but good salary

The infrastructure is excellent,but people are old fashioned,studious and nurds. We do become serious in our work ,but the system does not allow us to grow.
