Nice work environment

I worked in Barclays as contingent employee past 3 years before, had wonderful experience in Barclays. My colleague and seniors where friendly and supportive, had great memorable moments and experience, I miss those things now. Had goods and bad in Barclays, but overall it's a good place to work and learn.

One gets great exposure working at Barclays. Smaller teams that do a lot - which means that one gets a lot of exposure while working for them. Lot of Short and long term mobility opportunities too.

Company is good but management could improve a lot especially when it comes to managing a new business. Working in rotating shifts can completely shake your work life balance, Infact no balance will be there
