BD is a Nice company, but it provides low pay, co-workers are very nice and helpful, medical insurance is provided and is very helpful, very supportive team lead and manager

Most of my colleagues are respectful . As with most corporate environments 1 or 2 miserable employees who don't respect the culture or what BD is attempting to promote.You leave when your work is done. Most employees choose to stay late. Employees appear to be there for the long term.BD allows you to work remotely depending on your role and responsibilities.Free coffee and tea ALL DAY.Cafeteria needs major work!

BD lays a lot of emphasis on value system, employees would find it easy to fit in given 'Respect' is at the core of its values. A typical day at work would entail lot of meetings, presentations and decision making, given the profile 30-40% is also customer facing to understand needs of a customer and how could we best support them. Hardest part of the job is to get quick decisions as it is a matrixed organization and needs a lot of alignment. Its fun to be a part of a growing organization strong on fundamentals.
