The most useful review selected by Indeedmanagement is not goodworkplace culture is okpeople will only take care about likely people. If I like two employee opinion then they will talk with me and if one employee is shy then people with good communication group will not take in a group who are a shy employee

It was a joint venture and both the partners were clueless. People were hired based on certain roles which never fructified leading to dissatisfaction amongst employees

Excellent place to work
Excellent place to work, supportive management. Diversity in work provided and great opportunities for growth. Incentives provided if work performed is good. Interview process is easy, HR and technical rounds for interview. Strongly suggest to plan your career here.

No rotation of assignment to learn well and build the self and there is no proper training facility where u shall provide the branchmark which is set by organising and how it be taken up further but they are just busy in showing others downfall and keep on judgement mentality instead of being a good leader and showing the right path or making others that's much capable where they shall know well right path and help other in same way.

Hybrid culture, lack of opportunity in development, not properly valued

Least pro active organisation and also least social organisation within the office.

Get to work with colleagues and seniors who were previously associated with Big 4, Get good exposure working with decent clientele.
