This is best company, but when u work here on contract basis than u find some bad experiences. There is no job security so I think this is very loose point.

Management Planing is very Poor. As per contract 1 month notice for job reliving, but he not inform 3 month before. working activity and project change frequently.

Bechtel designed major projects worldwide, including Power plants,Refineries and Aluminum smelters and Bechtel work with employees and communities to improve the civic, economic, educational, and social environment.
