Procedures make life easy, softwares to automate work are good things. Hire and Fire company. Flexi working hours, WFH for old favourites. Bechtel seasoned employees are dumb, New joinee is not easily accepted by old ones

Working in Bechtel in India office does not improve person's technical knowledge. Job profile in Bechtel, India is of engineering labour job. Also, there is no job security in Bechtel, anytime anyone can be removed from the office.
