a typical day at work starts with a customer call or visiting our centers of excellence for research in flow cytomeetry .learnt a lot in terms of job requirement for field jobs.management is supportive but career advancement is rather slow because of slow execution of the decisionsco-workers are a mixed lot ;as will be the case with a lot of corporate these days.the hardest part of the job is to convince the customer of something i know will never happen from our side.travelling across India and globe and interacting with people of diverse nature.it makes you grow as a good individual personally and professionally .thank you

Management is overbearing and incompetent. Focus is on just getting the job done with no focus on quality or improvement. Only lip service is paid to continuous improvement. There is not much learning due to focus on just getting the job done instead of doing work in the best possible way. Workplace culture is bad due to politics and lack of transparency. The hardest part of the job is knowledge transfer. Nobody seems willing to do it due to negative culture. The most enjoyable part of the job is when management is not breathing down your neck, you can improve, innovate and learn new things. A typical day at work is boring.
