There is No work pressure. Good environment. Overall no issues but doesn’t give much salary hike.Management is supportive. There is no office politics

Opportunity to learn and grow in your day to day work. Management support feedback, ideas and value them. Hardest part is working time as per global user requirements.

Very Bad management and HR

Disgusting Management and HR, no security at work place. HR policies are very bad. Biased attitude. No growth path defined. salary is lower with very low increment rate

Failed Management and leadership

Not worth for long term, 6momths is enough to know the work which you will be doing for coming years, V.slow /no growth, orthodox management, HR Dept is worst especially HR shared Services.Long interview processes, feels like 1970 when it comes to processes. HR shared servies is one of wasteland for other hr teams. HR directors don't care about any efficient process but expect you to think efficiently. Favoritism is till top, you survive if you are in manager good books, HRSs leaders are egoistic, has attitude problem. They will not allow you to grow by saying we never anticipated growth path. Brainless management. Ambitious or honest employees don't stand chance. since work is not welcome but how good you butter managers is imp.Very much US specific ,since it's the headquarters. Any new work, project wil never come to other work locations and US Hr will only get all advantage and then maximum monthly awards falls for US Hr.HR Management is more than a bunch of insecure people who will never leave the company ( they obviously don't stand chance in market) and then will shut you up if you take about change. They are fearful of change.In short, join the company for 6months and leave.

New things to learn everyday but relaxed work place

You will get to work on cutting edge technologies and if you want to do that in relax manner then choose Bentley. Money is also one concern to everyone, but if you stay with Bentley longer time, you won't get that much amount of money.

Best Place to work

A good organization for a Software Developer to work. Friendly environment. New Technologies to learn. Work life balance is good. I really like the overall environment of the company for their employees where everyone is helpful, you can learn a lot of things from your peers, everyone is looking forward to improve Bentley products everyday.

Senior Peoples are nor Co operative (Directors)

Directors never listens what his team or reporting manager says, they only take decisions without listening anything. Specially QA directors are not cooperative otherwise overall work culture is awesome.

A typical products company. They work on their own products. Too much of space to grow. Complete freedom to work. You can learn a lot of stuffs ina very short span of time. A very flexible company. Good work-life balance. Awesome people to work with
