They Should Implement its Behavior and avoid extra aggression,anger, way of talking to employees. If you want to prevent other from leaving. nobody is perfect.. neither you. always keeps that in mind. They Give Work Excludes your Field Too. which is outside your work profile. That is Terribly Wrong. After That They Said ''You are Worthless,you dont know how to do work, and all etc. ...
