very bad culture of working and increment and appraisals are not fair ,management is very poor , workplace culture is not friendly , hardest part of the job is how to balance in between personal and professional life .

worst company to work for.

never pay salary/convenience on time. no advance.high salary for freshers and expirenced at lower then freshers.easy to get job if you have relation with company employees

Good work place to learn

It provide good work culture ,any one can learn a lot.Basically this is a hardware troubleshooting and installation based company where you have to work most of the time on bare hardwares.

Local staff is not supported to Engineer in difficult satiation.salary is not sufficient according to job profile.no other benefits are provided by company without salary.working with company is just timepass period.

As Team Leader (Technical)

Very Poor Management. Not providing training to Engineers to Enhance the technical Skills. Pressurize all Engineers to do Business rather than keeping Marketing Executive.Management will ask Engineers to do cold call for generate Business Enquiry. Management like Regional Manager Nortth always deviating from his statement.No any policy to sell the product. Always told to sell anything. Not Providing good Services to customer. Management are unskilled. Not any Dealer or Distributer of Any Brand Like HP,Dell,Lenovo.Acer Not Having IT Product to sell in Corporate. Only Focusing on Hardware Business.This Company is only good for beginner. Timely no appraisal. No Job security.This Company is solely depend on SBI AMC.Enigineers are trated as low worker.

Its a perfect workplace for hardware Engineers

In the company many experienced persons are there to guide you. Technical Persons are more experienced and very much cooperative. Working in such a company will be very much helpful in understanding the core hardware skills . I learned a lot of things after joining the company . From the technical knowledge to the managerial skills. How to stay calm and confident during solving a critical issue. And more over how to work with different level of people from the engineering team to higher level officials. Management is too good and helpful . Culture is so high . Hardest part of the job , nothing hard is here. have some patience . Most enjoyable part, to work with the team.
