Im in department of co which are closed in all over india so my team manager switched me to relation ship officer
Salary are not enough to survive Office are far away from my resident No proper transportation are available at that time and its hard to surive with that amount so i quit
No productivity at all just wastage of our time no synergy no group company.managment is very lezzy.they want business but no mentoring.each weak they will give you a verbal certificate.no motivation in fact varse industry to work is insurance.they don't work on ethic fols statement furgi atmosphere.stay away from insurance industry.
It has been a pleasure working with bharti axa life insuarance and patiala team the the past amount of time you've been at the company.This was an incredible opportunity to build my career, and I will always cherish two or three things you accomplished during this role. Brand Name of this company is pretty good but there is no work culture. Specially zero support for the people who are working in company on front or middle line. The upper and senior management keep rolling the front and middle line employees, They even have no understanding of support and learning culture. If you feel that without support and non-worklife balance you can manage then this company is for you.

TASK insurance is the best! Always friendly & available. The agent takes their time, answering all your questions, being patient & thorough. I am really happy that I found an insurance agent that I know will take care of me & all of my concerns. I feel like a valued customer & I appreciate the great customer service that I get every time!
Groupisum & dirty politics must be monitor by management in branch offices. All staff member should be treat equally not on personal relations after & on duty hours. Hense lot of things need to out or change & its my opinion & experience.
HR policy is extremely robust but lacks technical training criteria required for on site work completion. Everything is in slack mode and processes are too complicated and unsystematic. No local support whatsoever barring HR and IT. Takes too long for resolution.
