Bharti airtel is the leading telecom company in India with more than 200 Mn subscribers and Revenue market share of 35%. The company deals in Mobile Telephony , Fixed Line , Direct to Home TV and Payments bank. In my tenure at Bharti Airtel I have learnt how to perform in pressure conditions , how to implement your ideas . I have been thru various departments like customer service , Sales and Marketing thus giving me a 360 degree view of the business The work place culture is good but due to consolidation in telecom market its mostly under pressure Hardets part of the job is that you have to be on the toes and often demands working even on weekends The best part of the job is the freedom you get to work and deploy your ideas

Place for continuous learning and innovation

A very hectic day is the usual routine with DST and Channel partners to be followed up by Channel Managers in the team and their feedback has to be reviewed. Several con calls to be attended with seniors and team members.

Very friendly environment , Excellent team of co workers who help you to excel , Very autonomous environment , I learnt sense of ownership and accountability because of extremely free work culture where ideas are welcomed. Very dynamic organisation and industry hence actions needs to be taken fast , which becomes sometimes tough as the organisation is very big and to align all stakeholders can become quite challenging

Dynamic enviorment to work at

A typical day @ work is reviewing Pan India operations, Strategic initiatives to be taken to improve productiviy & enhance customer experience.Review SOP's, discussion with partners on various KPI's. Learning @ Airtel is "Change is Constant".Management is very agressive but at times decisions are taken in a hurry may be because of competition pressure.Co workers are helpful & freindly, but opportunist at the same time.Hardest part of the job is to be able to manage the bureaucratic nature of business.The most enjoyable part is that the enviorment is work friendly & gives you all the facilities to perform your job @ your best.

Generic & specific Training Needs. Planning and execution of Airtel National Projects at all contact centers handled (Upper North India). Responsible for quality assurance for 3G launch and call handling . Participating in AHT baselining for business needs and identification of NVAs on call. Business spoc present at the OSCC partner location - tracking, monitoring, evaluating and finding the performance upward trend of the partner’s KPIs Training Delivery Management Induction,Refreshers,Bridge training. Knowledge Management-Training support systems, Process Knowledge checks, Local training, Content management . Administration &Support-trainer, Training Infrastructure and training MIS. Provide detailed analysis on performance index to the Training Manager,Partner Head to be inculcated in the training process.. Closely working with the OSCC partner for auditing on regular basis the recruitment process for trainers and quality support function. Analysis of audits of trainer(s) during New Hire trainings programs on their delivery as well as knowledge levels and maintain Compliance %. Support, guide and audit Ops, Training & Quality teams during agents' Nesting Process - which includes Team handling, Feedback skills, coaching and Mentoring etc. Overall custodian -
