Very less salary and high work pressure

There is no incentives or pay for overtime work, night shifts or even you work on week off. Even though there is only 4 days week off in a month they force you to work in the week off without any benefits

After working 3 years with bioline they didn't provide any kind of allowances even in this pandemic asked many times for the Increments. Worst management ever.
