Worst managementNot a Corporate they are doing family businessNo increment on timeLong working hoursManagement will praise you when they need you after your need finished they will crush you like anything.

Colleagues are not adequately educated and knowledgeable. No benefits and paid like contract employee. Routine work and nothing to get excited. You can learn few basics if you are really naive.
