A typical day starts from execution of pre-planned schedule for the day and ends with turning it into productive one. This job taught me how to manage the customers and offer them with the best of services, how to the leads from the market and turn mature them to positive deals. The managment has been very co-operative and is very flexible. The co-workers are very co-operative and there is spirit of team work in togeather achiving the common target.Well, the hardest part of this job is to scna the market to find the correct prospect for the product, generate the lead and tak steps to convert those into leads. But on the other side, the most enjoyable part of the job is to train the customer on new products and troubleshoot the problems.

Worked for about 3 years in Bangalore, India. Learned and exposed to new technologies, contributed my best to overall company growth. Worst thing was non-technical people gets reporting/appraise the technical engineers.

Lots of Sales team involvement and deviation in Engineering team was there, not sure now.
Diagnostics leader in Microbiology and now rising on Molecular Syndromic testing. Exceptional work ethics of every colleague. Management is a bit of a hassle. Hardest part being the monthly sales target. Diagnostics is a niche market with so many competitors with cheaper tests and regular monthly targets are not easily met. Immunology segment needs a new Vidas. The world is 7 billion people and single dose test is really going to increase cost specially in developing markets so wake up Top Guns and focus on newer, cheaper solutions for instance shifting manufacturing to Asia! You will get to learn a lot. Nothing like landing a dream job but almost close to one.
