Worked for about 3 years in Bangalore, India. Learned and exposed to new technologies, contributed my best to overall company growth. Worst thing was non-technical people gets reporting/appraise the technical engineers.
Pros
Independent work culture as for as Engineering team is concerned.
Cons
Lots of Sales team involvement and deviation in Engineering team was there, not sure now.
It was the highly responsible department to handle the Office & Sales Department to achieve individual performance. The knowledgeable managing department is to manage to all the activates to run the business smoothly. I have learned to balance my professional as well personal life in this company and well knowledgeable co-workers. Every month end team members will fight to finish the monthly budget. The hardest part of the job is to finish the task with team contribution within the time frame & enjoyed the coordination of the job..
