Horrible Harassing environment no more than a prison and dictatorship. Simply horrible
PGT English (Former Employee) - Hyderabad, Telangana - November 18, 2023
A typical workday in a poor environment can feel like trudging through mud. There's a lack of clarity on tasks, making it hard to prioritize. Communication breakdowns are the norm, leaving you feeling stranded and unproductive. In such settings, learning becomes a survival skill. You pick up how to navigate chaos, manage time amidst disorder, and adapt to constant changes without guidance. Management seems distant, either overwhelmed or uninterested in addressing the workplace's issues. There's a vacuum of leadership, leaving employees feeling adrift and unsupported. The workplace culture feels toxic, with negativity breeding like wildfire. Team dynamics suffer, collaboration becomes a myth, and there's a prevailing sense of disillusionment among the staff. The hardest part of the job isn't the workload but the emotional toll of feeling undervalued and overlooked. The lack of direction and support makes progress feel like an uphill battle. Yet, amidst this chaos, there might be moments of respite. The most enjoyable part of the job could be the rare occasions of teamwork, where despite the odds, you manage to come together and accomplish something meaningful. These moments serve as fleeting reminders of what could be if circumstances were different.
Pros
Free lunch but poor quality
Cons
Long Hours

Bad interview
Teacher (Former Employee) - Ambattur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu - May 15, 2023
Had bad interview experience. They were changing their decision very often with people who is accepting the less salary. I will not recommend to anyone who is having a good vision about teaching. Those who want just experience they can try.

Productive for those who haven't worked in Birla school.
School Teacher (Current Employee) - Karimnagar, Telangana - September 20, 2022
The management is very bad there. They have no respect for the teachers. They remove any teacher without any notice. They use to keep the original marksheet with themselves and don't want to return it even the candidate asks for it several times and those who doesn't give they don't give them salaries. But inspite of all these things the colleagues are very helpful and good there and one more thing the quality of the food is very spicy which is not good for health.
Pros

Pathetic work culture. Not getting paid enough. Zero work ethics. Zero respect for the employees. No fair decisions by management. Syllabus is good though.

Unprofessional and Unethical workplace
English teacher- Middle (Former Employee) - Hyderabad, Telangana - July 23, 2020
Teachers here are not respected and trusted. They are treated with utmost disrespect and the management follows unethical and unfair practices with the teaching staff which is totally unacceptable. If you're looking for peace of mind and a professional environment, don't choose this place for work as they don't appreciate your work even a pinch and never take you into confidence. Unfortunate that schools in our country are run by people who don't understand the meaning of educating children.
Pros
Free lunch and transportation
Cons
Unprofessional and Unethical workplace
