Don't stay too long here

1. The upper management is good for nothing. They look for a pie/share in ongoing projects to sustain rather bringing in new projects and do their duty diligently. politics, back biting are at all time peak. You wont realize the person whom you are talking to is an agent/pet to the delivery manager.2. You continue to do the same job from day 1 you were hired. If you think of job rotation or somehow get into another job profile, co-workers/other managers cannot digest this and they will create trouble and finally throw you out for not performing.3. Salary that is you get at the time of joining remains same throughout your stay in the company. while other sycophant get promotions every 2 years. Appraisal does not depend on your work and depends on how much backbiting you do about others to your manager.A useless Company to work for. Top level managers are absolutely worthless having no business ethics. Don't stay here for too long unless you are good sycophant. People here work less and keep an eye on what others are doing or speaking.
