Does not pay you well and overload you with work

Not a good place to start ur career as they pay u extreme low despite performance coz as freshers they ll tell u about the scope of improvement and all that great work will not be valued because the team has ppl with 4-7 years of experience though everyone does the same work with different level of difficulty but your contribution as fresher doesn't even matter although they will give u a lot allocation of work and your managers will also push their work on you. The sad part is extremely low compensation and extremely long hours of work leading to work-life imbalance and mistreating fresher. So I'll recommend freshers to NOT join as they ll hire you as cheap labours. The year end review process for new joiners is exteremly unfair and work culture towards them is horrible as well . Folks at VP level use abusive language and teammates dont say anything as person is VP.Also a lot of discrimination happens at analyst level and the job keeps you at stress and there is merely no learnings.

Very respectful work culture

I would say dream company to work. I must say the company is very well run and the employees are respected. Overall BlackRock was the best company that i worked with.

Good work ethics

Very friendly team atmosphere. Team leaders are always motivational. no work pressure. Inter-teams are always helpful. Work ethics are always on priority.

Poor Management

The culture & environment is just ok. The management is poor, they dont have clear parameter to analyse one's performance. Compensation is not that competitive. Overall experience is 5/10.
