Overall it was good company but the moment the cash flow stops they lay offs will start happening

Bad : Job security is major issue at grofers / Blinkit , understanding the volume and again planning of new projects is also very weak which results into lay off Good: You will learn alot as the process and streamlined.

Not protective work place

I was worked there 2years but I feel there are no work balance and future. Every employee are carpeted.No future ground staffs.No grouting.No salary increment.Hard work.Work presser.Only on roll staff happy in this campany.

Time management and how to provide good customer service

In blinkit (grofers) get to know how to improve in work in time management, how to improve better customer service and reduce shrinkage and deliver orders on time to customer, team work , salary is paid on time, get to know how to handle the situation in the work pressure and how to handle the delivery partners and in house team improve their work effieciency and achieving the targets on time

Their is no job security

If you work best then also you have no security over there, on the time of heavy order load they recruit many employees but the company will not retain them when the orders fall down

A good place to work

Good work culture and very supportive staff. The pressure is high during the HFS & GOBD but that's what you are required for. Company takes due care of their employees and spends good on infra and assets.

Productive & enjoying work.

I'm working at Grofers india Pvt Ltd almost 4 years till now at it in.Best part of Grofers salary prossing ways is very good.All senior member & ground staff are friendly.

Grofers dont give any job security to employees

Jobs is good enough and salary is also good in comparison of other companies.But the Protocol of management is not so fair.. every employee have their in-time but their is no possibility that when you will go home if work take to long to finish you will can't go home until the floor is clear and you have to work without any overtime. The HR only take employees in contract basis of one ,two or three months at the time of GOBD(Offer) after the end of GOBD HR will kick you out they doesn't care what will happen with you or your family they only understand their and company profit but what will happen with employees they doesn't care. Afterall working environment is very friendly supervisors are good but the HR and management team worst and their protocol and policies are more worst.

Stressful, no respect, lot of politics, no job security

* I worked in grofers for 5 months and yesterday they kick me just because I wanted to leave the company from next month* they said you can leave from now we don't need you anymore so, in my 5 months experience I can say that this company has no job security * they if they want they can kick you out at anytime they don't think about it twice. *There's a lot of politics going on, they discriminate on caste and they don't treat all employees equal *I have worked there for five months without a single live and when I asked them permission to leave because of my exams next month they fired me * that's what you get at grofers after working so hard and being loyal to the company *in one month you have to work 15 days day and 15 days night that's the policy a very stressful job and work culture is pathetic, environment is also pathetic,* it's a 9 hours job not 8 hours job but even in the 9 hours job there make you do 10 hours or 10 and half hours also they * don't give you leave on your birthday also will have to work on your birthday also
