Pros Good at first. I felt I was treated and paid fairly in the beginning. The starting salary for the call center was above other call centers in the area, though I believe it has since decreased. Highly micro managed and the job is very draining. In the member services position they require you work for 18 months before you are able to post out but they do offer job shadowing to see what it's like in other positions.
