Pros Good at first. I felt I was treated and paid fairly in the beginning. The starting salary for the call center was above other call centers in the area, though I believe it has since decreased. I was promoted up quickly, but now I’m at a standstill. Cons I’ve come to a standstill. Not many more opportunities for growth. Layoffs are terrifying and occur yearly. False sense of job security. You’re just a number. Outsourcing is rampant.

i learnt how to deal with animals and how to treat the abused animals such as dogs and cats. I used to groom them and make them bath. but finally i learnt how to deal with animals and how they express the emotions.

Highly micro managed and the job is very draining. In the member services position they require you work for 18 months before you are able to post out but they do offer job shadowing to see what it's like in other positions.

Pros

Great food in the cafe, Opportunities to volunteer during work hours, The company provides a lot of support for career advancement.

Cons

Micro managed and inconsistency between departments
