Pros Good at first. I felt I was treated and paid fairly in the beginning. The starting salary for the call center was above other call centers in the area, though I believe it has since decreased. I was promoted up quickly, but now I’m at a standstill. Cons I’ve come to a standstill. Not many more opportunities for growth. Layoffs are terrifying and occur yearly. False sense of job security. You’re just a number. Outsourcing is rampant.

The platform interacts with multiple external services and consumes data from external sources either via SOAP/REST web services or files from FTP. The portal provides flexibility to maintain the content on the Web application using Adobe CQ 5.6 features.
