Festival season is coming so here too much work in outbound employees working in late neight but management not a given late neight allounced offer for tea ya cofy .I'm not believe am learned here And I think too many hard work for delivery boy height weight shipment delevery in timely is very hard and challangefully job

Good place to learn. Incentives are good. Management and team heads are productive and encouraging. Salary is okay compared to market. Not that great. For sales, Incentives are good and the incentive structure is achievable

No proper handing in staff for process

Need discipline in process, need 100% quality.Management need to recruit quite and skilled staff.On time dlv.Ground reality.As per requirement people need to process.

Very much supportive , upgraded,

Too much of work load also relocate without any notice ... No travel charges. No promotion.. overtime working also no overtime payment.. employees have to work on Sunday also on public holidays... Over all company is good also environment friendly... Company also provide provident fund and esi allowance also maternity leave....

There is no job security and safety, management will be favour for there beloved once. You have to stand in que for using restroom. Compulsory Extention without OT

Bluedart is my family. Save environment for women.job save and secure. Sr mgmt is truly fantastic .

Bluedart is a great company. People feel good and secure. Even having opportunity to move another location, department subject to availability of vacancy. Women's really very save and secure. Surrounding environment give positive waves to work freely. No restriction.take own immediately decision to keep in mind customer requirements. Love to work forever but only things in mind future growth and learn something new.
