The most useful review selected by IndeedCommunication is not accurate most of the time. Usually told something that sound me great but ends up being far from the truthPay not the best especially for young staff which is hard on labour turnoverWorkload out ways payrol on many occasions.

Overall a good experience working with BMO

I would say overall BMO is a good employer. Job stability is there, the work life balance is good, the leadership in general is supportive. The only downside is there is no definite growth path for people in technical stream, it ends very early in the ladder, you have to choose a management role to grow further.

Fast paced and achievable

I have been with BM for 5 years and still love my job. I enjoy the team work in my new store and the challenges in front of us. I can do attitude helps along with plenty of motivation. My manager is very supportive and always there for you. I would highly recommend BM a company to work for, you can move up in the business quickly if you have the right attitude and goals.

Great place to work

I have been working for BM for 3 years now . I really like my job with BM . I get on well with the m management . Work in general I feel in our shop we have great team we all work together and complete all task for the day . I have gone from floor supervisor to floor Manager, in the last year . BM is a great place to work I have never looked back . I would recommend it to anyone.

Trabajos eventuales donde se pasan de todo desde los horarios hasta las horas extras sin previo aviso te notifican que ya no te necesitan y con una llamada te piden que vuelvas siempre con la ley a su favor hay si hasta que se agota el tiempo estáblecido para formalizar tu contrato y no te llaman ....

Produktív,kellemes munkahely volt (fittness teremmel).
A folyamatos leépítések miatt egyre több munka,de szerettem.
A kollégák szinte egytől-egyig diplomás,értelmes emberek voltak.
A legutolsó munkakörömben 5 munkanapból ezetni és a munka is változatos,élvezetes volt.vidéken töltöttem kiküldetésben Szamosszegtől Őriszentpéterig,de szeretek

El trabajo me resulta interesante puesto que estoy ejerciendo lo que he estudiado, la empresa me ha dado la oportunidad de aprender muchas cosas que en lo personal me han ayudado a incrementar mis conocimientos y habilidades. El ambiente entre compañeros es regularmente bueno, aunque a veces se ve un poco reprimido por ciertas políticas de la empresa y sus ideales religiosos. La parte más difícil de mi trabajo aquí es el trato con el cliente ya que a veces se pone muy pesado, el tener que trabajar con frecuencia en horas fuera de horario y viajar fuera de la ciudad, estando así lejos de mi familia. Además, hay prácticamente nulas posibilidades de ascenso.
