Good work culture but management is not good

BNP has a good growth and development but the management is a issue.The safety allowances are good but the CTC is less.Not all the teams has management issue but very few.Overall BNP is a good company to work.

As it's a European client, no late night calls and you have great work life balance. No one calls you for issues once you leave office. Great place to work
