Same role

Sometime it's productive but many times its lack of communication between the team members.

It's good company. Sometime there is lack of communication between team members which is essential in any organisation. Training is not providing properly.

Great place to start career

I suggest BNP PARIBAS as a great place to start and establish a career. The work culture and atmosphere is real world call. The institution treats every employee with dignity and honor.

Same location

The work is interesting and makes one want to work there but the work culture especially the management makes it stressful

I came from a reconciliation background in my previous job and at BNP I learnt alot about the Trade Settlement profile, especially the Listed Derivatives world which is so much more interesting. It has helped me better understand Hedging and Arbitrage
