The work is interesting and makes one want to work there but the work culture especially the management makes it stressful
I came from a reconciliation background in my previous job and at BNP I learnt alot about the Trade Settlement profile, especially the Listed Derivatives world which is so much more interesting. It has helped me better understand Hedging and Arbitrage
No standard policies of HR's available there, worst company. All your good work and appreciation will be eaten up by your manager. I did not find any good leader there. Most of the management are lying there for more than 20 Years in same project, Playing dirty politics to keep safe themself. Must say worst place to work there.
Good learning for a while .Team plays crucial part.if you are lucky you will get good team to work with
Works get stagnant after a while and you dont get manager or team support to develop any new skills or work on new projects. Do not spend more than 2 years at this organisation as you will get stuck doing same things for life.Organisation do not appreciate your hardwork or motivate you in any way.People just spend their time waiting for next break.

Working at BNP Paribas is awesome. If projects are good then you will likely going to learn new things. Even some managers are quite helpful and friendly. For fun activities, we have a collaboration team which schedules amazing events every month. Overall, it is great company to work with.
Has been a good organization but now that jai has taken bigger role we have Indian mentality management from jpmc in CIB. It's like they have filled all their relatives with no domain knowledge. Beware of the appsec team which is lead by fools now.
bit difficult to maintain balance during releases. No cultural event. Limited technology and hence, bit difficult to stand in the market later on. Micro-level management etc. On the other hand, have very good policy that covers to your parents as well. providing lunch and dinner, limited transport facility etc.
BNP Paribas India Solutions has employee friendly policies. The medi claim and cab facilities are good. Annual hikes are decent considering other service based companies.
BNP is a good company and pay you well but it all comes down what kind of project you are working in. The work-life balance is poor and the management don't consider this can be a leaving criteria for an employee. I won't recommend a fresher working in it as the technology used are outdated.
Lunches are affordable, Other Benefits
work-life balance, not a learning opportunity
An amazing place to work. A bit slow paced but that is needed for a better work life balance. Provides good opportunities of learning. Very collaborative and gives you opportunity to grow as a professional and provides impetus to your career.
