Quite relaxed job but not much growth in terms of Compensation
Assistant Manager (Current Employee) - Mumbai, Maharashtra - March 10, 2022
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedDuring my tenor in BNPP, I never felt very pressured. Management is quite supportive and onshore coordination is also good. They will provide you the opportunities to grow if you have done well. However the only part where you may feel low is on the compensation side. Overall, nice place to work if you have good initial compensation.

The work is interesting and makes one want to work there but the work culture especially the management makes it stressful
Assistant Manager (Former Employee) - Mumbai, Maharashtra - March 9, 2021
I came from a reconciliation background in my previous job and at BNP I learnt alot about the Trade Settlement profile, especially the Listed Derivatives world which is so much more interesting. It has helped me better understand Hedging and Arbitrage

Great Learning at BNP
Assistant Manager (Former Employee) - Goregaon, Mumbai, Maharashtra - April 27, 2020
We get to learn a lot of different processes. Few processes were quite stressful. Timing is an issue. Hardest part is to tackle the managers. The HR works as per the management.

Work life balance is a question mark.
Assistant Manager (Current Employee) - Chennai, Tamil Nadu - November 24, 2019
You can learn things better and gain experience. But I suggest do not continue to stay longer as they do not pay you at par with industry standards. Your job will be a secured one . But over a period of time you will feel the frustration when you see your salary hike at the year end. This will continue year on year. You can expect promotions as per your performance based on that your roles & responsibilities will increase, but not your salary. They will give you what ever position you need, what ever roles , designation you need , but not the salary you need.

Budgeting & Forecasting
Asst. Manager (Current Employee) - Mumbai, Maharashtra - March 31, 2017
Budgeting in BNP is a very hectic and volumnous activity, where in we have to work sometimes for 16-18 hrs and even weekends.
But for learning wise it was good experience to know how Budget is done in big organisations.
