Management don't take decisions quickly
I worked as an associate in Financial Control team, ISPL. It was the worst team ever. Lot of politics and groupism. No credit for work given. Very stressful and tensed work culture. Would recommend not to join this team.
Starts with an sod report
Check the trades to be matched and to communicate with the clients.
To send reports to the clients to verify matching of sensitive clients.
Technology is too slow

A good place to work. Learned lot of new things, good office culture.healthy office environment with good co ordination with co workers. Most enjoyable part is the involvement of management in every activity and taking care of every employees's need. Good food facility with drop facility at night.
BNP is a French based banking company. BNP has a relaxed work culture and work place where you get constantly motivated by your superiors. There is a good scope for development.
