Good Company for freshers but poorly paid, four lakh per Annum for four years experience. The transport allowances they gave around 5 lakh per Annum was removed during COVID time.
Pros
Good For Freshers
Cons
Poor Salary
It has been good journey throughout, learning on job, competative atmosphere. Only nagative opinion is long working hours and little bit manuals processes.
Pros
Subsidised lunch
Cons
Long work hours
As it's a European client, no late night calls and you have great work life balance. No one calls you for issues once you leave office. Great place to work
Pros
Work life balance
Cons
No growth
I worked as an associate in Financial Control team, ISPL. It was the worst team ever. Lot of politics and groupism. No credit for work given. Very stressful and tensed work culture. Would recommend not to join this team.
No standard policies of HR's available there, worst company. All your good work and appreciation will be eaten up by your manager. I did not find any good leader there. Most of the management are lying there for more than 20 Years in same project, Playing dirty politics to keep safe themself. Must say worst place to work there.
Good Company for freshers as well as for long term as there is Job Security and decent growth based on performance.
In term of pay it is not the best in the Industry, you may wanna look out only for better Salary nothing else.
There is politics to some extent which is not harmful.
Pros
Job security, Decent Growth, Healthy Environment
Cons
Salary, Management
Typical Work timing is 9 AM to 6 PM.
Transport facility available
Work culture is relaxed.
Weekends are off
Management does take care of its employees
Its happy to be a part of BNP Paribas India Solutions Pvt Ltd. The work which I have done in that company is satisfied by the superiors of my team and ad well as mine. It's really good and feeling happy for done my internship in that Compnany
Not upto that level where other banks have already reached.
Still working on automation
Systems are not updated
Using multiple applications for a single activity
Management don't take decisions quickly
Starts with an sod report
Check the trades to be matched and to communicate with the clients.
To send reports to the clients to verify matching of sensitive clients.
Being a experienced associate, i believe BNP is Good place to work and helps for work life balance. This is Place where we could learn things a lot. I am working in a good team and friendly team to help.
We get to learn a lot of different processes. Few processes were quite stressful. Timing is an issue. Hardest part is to tackle the managers. The HR works as per the management.
Works get stagnant after a while and you dont get manager or team support to develop any new skills or work on new projects. Do not spend more than 2 years at this organisation as you will get stuck doing same things for life.Organisation do not appreciate your hardwork or motivate you in any way.People just spend their time waiting for next break.
Technology is too slow
More IT ISSUES
Less recognition
Do hear to the lower level staff
Provide good perks to employees as theybwork hard whole year
Need to listen to employees point of view
Great company to learn and hone your skills.
People really are helpful and support your growth.
Managers appreciate the efforts and suggest the further career path.
Work Life balance is good , sometimes stressful, management is good , regarding salary need to improve, good incentives and transportation facilities, overall good.
Good experience at BNP. Good Management . But less options to work in different department. Didnt realise how how 7 years have passed in BNP. Only drawback is 3 months notice period.Good exposure to higher management.
