Good Company for freshers as well as for long term as there is Job Security and decent growth based on performance.
In term of pay it is not the best in the Industry, you may wanna look out only for better Salary nothing else.
There is politics to some extent which is not harmful.
Pros
Job security, Decent Growth, Healthy Environment
Cons
Salary, Management
BNP is a very good place to learn, colleagues are usually very helpful and considerate. It has a excellent workplace culture and the most enjoyable part is the work life balance.
The day at work for BNP Paribas is normal as well critical during some days. I learned a lot for User Management, Client Management, Project Management, Audit Management as well as Site Management. Management here is very cool & supportive. Work place culture is also good. Hardest part of job is work in contract role in same position even if completed 4 years in organization. Enjoyable part is work life balance is good here.
Cons
Working for last 4 years in contract role but not any chance to be permanent in organzation.
French People are great . Not too much work pressure. Management team from france was really good .
Good to do the job as not too many meetings were there.
Overall a good place to work. Competitive but at the same time good work environment.

Good working culture. No professional & personal life balance. Low salary package. No good management of team. Hierarchy is not maintained. The best support from onshore partners.

Company's work culture is superb.
Well managed work.
There is a good management and transparency.
Company gives an opportunity to work with nice onshore team and also provides a lot of trainings for the employee benefits.
Pros

Cons

As few changes happens in that so blunder mistakes done by management by changing rules n administration. Earlier working culture was good n now I won't feel that much freedom to work over there.

I had a good experience with the company and got many new things to learn as part of my job. BNP has a great work culture and as part of my project I got an opportunity to work onsite in USA.
Pros
Interactive work place
Cons

The work life balance in BNP Paribas could be rated as moderate.
Employees were rated based on their performance at regular intervals of time and they were monetarily reward.
Pros
Good working Culture
Cons
Learning curve decline
Wonderful work culture, only hardest part of the job is work for long hours. Management is very friendly nature. Since, this is my first job I learned how a corporate behaves and Do,s & Don't s in the next job.
Pros
Friendly
Cons
Long Hours
BNP Paribas ISPL cater to APAC,EMEA and NA regions. It provides excellent work culture and work life balance when it comes to EMEA and NA projects, however, APAC projects are quite demanding in nature(mainly because EMEA and NA projects are managed well from onshore as compared to APAC projects).
The management at BNPP ISPL is supportive and considerate and normally takes a firm stand for the teams/individuals for reasonable causes. The only point of improvement for the management is they can look to recognize individuals' contributions in a manner better than the current one.
The organization lacks long term onsite opportunities for the individuals , therefore , if someone is looking for onsite opportunities , then this place is not for him/her. Typically onsite exposure can last from 2 weeks-1 month except in a few exceptional cases.
Overall, the organization can look to think out of the box and come out of the traditional practices followed since ages.
Productive Environment with great learning experience, Positive atmosphere. Great support from the Management, Great Learning curve
Pros

Cons
Salary
