Good Company for freshers but poorly paid, four lakh per Annum for four years experience. The transport allowances they gave around 5 lakh per Annum was removed during COVID time.
Pros
Good For Freshers
Cons
Poor Salary
It has been good journey throughout, learning on job, competative atmosphere. Only nagative opinion is long working hours and little bit manuals processes.
Pros
Subsidised lunch
Cons
Long work hours
Good Company for freshers as well as for long term as there is Job Security and decent growth based on performance.
In term of pay it is not the best in the Industry, you may wanna look out only for better Salary nothing else.
There is politics to some extent which is not harmful.
Pros
Job security, Decent Growth, Healthy Environment
Cons
Salary, Management
Work Life balance is good , sometimes stressful, management is good , regarding salary need to improve, good incentives and transportation facilities, overall good.
Good work culture
Learning new skills in automation and manual testing.
New tools are easily accesible to learn.
Travelling and salary is good as compared to other firms.
Would say, they hire more contractors and they are not been paid fairly and treated fairly.
Salary has to be increased
Un fair baised with the contractors.
They offer good work life balance and constantly motivate employees to surpass all boundaries.
Although salary benefits aren't very great overall it is a great company
The company needs to improve in terms of work-life balance and provide employees with motivating factors. They also need better compensation package for the employees in order to retain their employees. It is also found to be difficult to grow with in the company and most of the time employees get stuck on the same project which creates monotony among the employees.
Overall it's good and we can recommend friends.
Bonus will be paid every year
Overall hike will be decent annually
Friday's fun
Latest Technologies are used
BNP is a good company and pay you well but it all comes down what kind of project you are working in. The work-life balance is poor and the management don't consider this can be a leaving criteria for an employee.
I won't recommend a fresher working in it as the technology used are outdated.
Pros
Lunches are affordable, Other Benefits
Cons
work-life balance, not a learning opportunity
1. Work culture is excellent
2. Health policies are good
3. Pay is also good
4. Mobility option available
6. Very good support from Managers
7. No layoff
You can learn things better and gain experience. But I suggest do not continue to stay longer as they do not pay you at par with industry standards. Your job will be a secured one . But over a period of time you will feel the frustration when you see your salary hike at the year end. This will continue year on year. You can expect promotions as per your performance based on that your roles & responsibilities will increase, but not your salary. They will give you what ever position you need, what ever roles , designation you need , but not the salary you need.
I feel great when I was working there..such a nice company in all the aspects.. good salary and other benefits... Good work life balance... Good organisation to work who want to prove themselves.
Good work environment
Good IJP opputunities
Benefits for women
Good managers
Good learning
...................................:...........:.:..:....
Good place for fresher's to start their career as they would get direct Client focus.
Friendly management which will mould yourself in the corporate.
Since we deal directly with Client, we get more transparency towards their expectations.
Pros
More benefits for female employee's
Cons
Nothing in my two years experience with the organization
Good company with great level of CSR activities and programs. Good people and talented minds to work with.
Salary and benefits on par with industry.
Infrastructure is good and lively.
Pros
Subsidies lunch
Cons
Long hours and less opportunity.
Experienced personnel looking to settle down can join BNP PARIBAS would get good work life balance, but if you want growth then better look out as you don't get good perks and benefits... If you are working in Chennai and Wish to transfer to Mumbai they will not give you a single penny allowance nor any hike in your current CTC, they are heavily concerned on cost cutting and are hiring more Bcom graduate freshers to replace seniors in the team.
Pros
Work life balance
Cons
Slow growth
It is really a nice place to work for
Fixed might be less but allowances they provide are highly beneficial
Zeta is provided for amount of 1200 every month whuch you can use for food
Pros
Zeta of 1200 for food
Cons
Nothing as such
If you are looking for job security rather than a challenging work environment then this is the place for you. But if you are looking for better monitory benefits then unfortunately this is not the place for you.
Pros
They respect the employees, Stability is there, Opportunity are there depending on requirements
Cons
Salary is the major issue as it is slow in growth, System which they use are all legacy ones
Advice to Management
Increase the salary as valuable employees will not change job
