Good Company for freshers but poorly paid, four lakh per Annum for four years experience. The transport allowances they gave around 5 lakh per Annum was removed during COVID time.
Good For Freshers
Pros They respect the employees, Stability is there, Opportunity are there depending on requirements Cons Salary is the major issue as it is slow in growth, System which they use are all legacy ones Advice to Management Increase the salary as valuable employees will not change job
BNP Paribas is a very well known name in European markets and now it's expanding its footprints in emerging market as well. The company is good for its employee focused policies. salary is good but other benefits like medical insurance & accidental insurance are good. Lunch is subsidized for employees.
Good HR benefits, subsidized food
Salary component could be higher
Working in Bnp Paribas India Solutions since last 3.6 years in operations. My experience is not good compared to previous firm. Salary slab is not structured and old employees don't get enough credit for their work. They don't care about employees at all. Only thing matter to them is client.
Stability, pick and drop facility, job security
No salary structure, too much work, bad higher management
A great global bank to work for, and growing in various geograaphies. With its extensive global reach, BNP Paribas offers plenty of mobility opportunities, provides excellent work life balance and benefits, as well as advancement opportunities. Compensation is competitive. BNP Paribas is one of the more socially responsible banks to work for. The culture is not as brash as some of the other banks, and they do care about their employees as shown in the benefits.
Company culture is very good. Takes good care of employees. A lot of trainings and actvities.
Pros: I would recommend BNP to any Fresher and to middle management / top management candidates. I find the BNP provides dicent work life balance and job security. For Freshers, the interview is usually not that difficult and the chance of getting recruited is quite high! Moving up the ladder is also clearly defined. So you can have clear idea of your career ahead. CONS: Firstly the salary & annual hikes are low when compared to the market standards, especially for freshers. (for Experienced can expect a max of 30% hike from your previous pay) No special reward for High Performers. - Equality at its heights!. Non-robust management, who just want to run that days show. Very little emphasis on long term goals and strategies. Lack of transparency - from top / middle management.
No fixed shift timings . Min time to stay at work 8.30 hrs . Mostly employees have to stretch at work sometimes it goes upto 12 hrs.Lot of scope to learn
long hours, no OT
BNP Paribas ISPL is well organized company. This company understands the need of an employee, facilities provided are good. Management is really good and work life balance is well maintained. Most enjoyable part of the job is work culture of the company which is very free. There are many events, seminars and training are organized to improve your knowledge.
