Good Company for freshers as well as for long term as there is Job Security and decent growth based on performance. In term of pay it is not the best in the Industry, you may wanna look out only for better Salary nothing else. There is politics to some extent which is not harmful.
Job security, Decent Growth, Healthy Environment
Good learning for a while .Team plays crucial part.if you are lucky you will get good team to work with
Works get stagnant after a while and you dont get manager or team support to develop any new skills or work on new projects. Do not spend more than 2 years at this organisation as you will get stuck doing same things for life.Organisation do not appreciate your hardwork or motivate you in any way.People just spend their time waiting for next break.

Is Indeed your favorite place to learn about companies?
BNP had shifts and had experience to work both in morning and afternoon shift. A place to learn and also develop you skills both technical, functional as well as soft skills. The culture is more relaxed at the same time have strict deadlines, but BNP encourages employee engagement which helps us to relax and also in turn energizes us to meet our deliverables. There is good balance of work and life
bit difficult to maintain balance during releases. No cultural event. Limited technology and hence, bit difficult to stand in the market later on. Micro-level management etc. On the other hand, have very good policy that covers to your parents as well. providing lunch and dinner, limited transport facility etc.
The company needs to improve in terms of work-life balance and provide employees with motivating factors. They also need better compensation package for the employees in order to retain their employees. It is also found to be difficult to grow with in the company and most of the time employees get stuck on the same project which creates monotony among the employees.
1. Good place to work as a team. 2. Good work life balance 3. I learnt business knowledge 4. Management was very transparent. I learnt many management stuffs and learnt how to work with people in a competitive way . Had explored more towards business rather than process knowledge alone.
BNP is a good company and pay you well but it all comes down what kind of project you are working in. The work-life balance is poor and the management don't consider this can be a leaving criteria for an employee. I won't recommend a fresher working in it as the technology used are outdated.
Lunches are affordable, Other Benefits
work-life balance, not a learning opportunity
An amazing place to work. A bit slow paced but that is needed for a better work life balance. Provides good opportunities of learning. Very collaborative and gives you opportunity to grow as a professional and provides impetus to your career.
