The company is good, But it depends on the type of manager and management you get. Salary was also good. We can never really compare an MNC with the culture or work life balance, i was in a US team for 10 month. the manager was really good . but then I was moved to EMEA Team where the manager was really bad. I quit in a month and 4 other people followed after me. So it really never matters what company you get. it purely depends upon the management and manager you in that same company.

Long hours, Especially quarterly, Long stretch, Favourism based on Senior's Chamcha's
