Good company with well practiced policies
Structural Analyst (Current Employee) - Bangalore, Karnataka - April 4, 2022
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedBoeing is good for someone who likes to work somewhere long term. Growth is slower but salary hikes are decent. The company has policies to cover most situations and are practiced fairly. Women employees definitely would feel comfortable with so many provisions to help them prosper.
Pros
Work life balance
Cons
Slow career growth

No job security please dont join Boeing
Manager Operations (Former Employee) - Bangalore, Karnataka - September 13, 2020
I joined Boeing in March month only,As far as I heard, they have concentrated on new joinees only to remove their roles .
Please don't join Boeing if you are looking for job security. They are not removing the roles based on performance, they said that have some other logic to remove the roles. Anyways, no IT culture as well in Boeing.
