What is the best part of working at the company?Opportunity to learn new things and well supported by system What is the most stressful part about working at the company?No quick decision on important topics. Stress from senior management passed onto front line employees and lack of assessment from senior management What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Work environment and culture was good but felt it had changed since 2018. The work force are more self centred aiming in achieving their personal goals over the company. No respect for people who have put in huge numbers of service in the industry. Lot of personal humiliation by senior managers affect the day to day working of employees What is a typical day like for you at the company?Most of the time exciting, happy to work in the company and sometimes boring, monotonous, disturbing with no support from immediate superiors or had a feeling as the task was carried out without knowing the end result. the mnagers are not aware of joining of interns

entire 4 months internship waste . nothing was planned by seniors or managers . just sit there and wastage of relocation. No guidance or help by mentors.

A company with lot of inside politics

Technical project was very good, but the management was not at all supportive. They play lot of politics on your back. They don't respect people, no humanity. They expect people to work like robots. No team gathering or team bonding activities!!No outings...always work and in work also people are not ready to collaborate or cooperate with you. May be the scenario varies from project to project. In my project this was the scenario, worst people & worst management!!! Pathetic!!
