More people are involved in the management and hence sometimes it becomes difficult to handle and manage all the responsibilities at once since everyone offers a different task. Otherwise there are no issues.

Amazing staff and flexible working hours.

I was an employee at Boston Analytics and it has been a great experience. The staff is really friendly and helpful and there is an amazing work-life balance with a decent number of paid leaves.

Excellent company

Overall experience was very good. The company trains you well before you start working in the field. All the rules and regulations are duly followed and hence no extra hours of work. Just be on time, finish your work and then you can have all your time for yourself. A great place that values your personal life.

A well-known organisation in the India!

The agency is excellent and lives up to its reputed name. I worked there for more than two years, and it was a fantastic experience; the management was very friendly. The only thing is that the company is strict in terms of their working hours.

It is a good company for junior to mid-level roles but not sustainable long term

It has some good repeat clients including companies across diverse industries e.g. FMCG, oil and gas, manufacturing and other consulting firms. They do some good projects but they are not good pay masters according to the industry standards.

Productive and fun place

Very productive team. The product they are building is going to be very helpful for Mergers and Acquirers. Work culture is quite good. No politics, all are treated equally.
