Good Organization, IT function needs rework
Product Owner (Current Employee) - Gurgaon, Haryana - October 30, 2023
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedOverall a good place to work, some really good exceptional ex consultants to work with - GS IT is frankly mismanaged, siloed, limited opportunities, look elsewhere if you want growth

Global Analyst- Functions and operations (Current Employee) - Gurgaon, Haryana - September 16, 2023
It's good to be a part to BCG, but work culture and environment wiring BCG is not at all as good as other consulting cohort. There is no such opportunities to to grow and have good career in BCG.
Pros
Offsite, snacks all time in office, lunch and dinner, godies and team event
Cons
Too much judgement, bias, favouritism, toxic environment, fight for leaves and work from home

A workplace where I feel respected and heard
Lead Knowledge Analyst (Current Employee) - India - February 16, 2023
No two days are similar for me at work which keeps the excitement about coming to work on. The leadership here leads by example even in the hardest of times. We are always taken care of, made comfortable so that we can bring our best at work. The hardest part for me initially was bringing myself out of shell and network! But I love it now! I am never the smartest person in the room! There is always something to learn from the others
Pros
Culture, leadership, benefits
Cons
Work life balance sometimes

Collaborative, Engaging, full of learning and Fun
Research Analyst (Current Employee) - Gurgaon, Haryana - November 23, 2022
A day in BCG is full of collaboration, engagement with stakeholders, scoping, execution, delivery and fun (Games, foods etc.). It is a fast-paced environment; however, there are enough growth opportunities. They work on leading transactions in their domain, so great work experience to have up your sleeve

There has been no learning. Fast paced work culture, it is run machine. They treat you as machine not human. Management is not at all bothered, they dont listen to employee grievances.

Cons
Team politics, Some people work not as per company norms, and give preference to higher designated staff.

Good experience of world class MNC
Junior Analyst (Former Employee) - Gurgaon, Haryana - July 10, 2020
It gave a goo insight into the world and working of a world class company and how it operates at the global market.
It gave a great oppurtunity to collaborate with lots of smart people and the culture is highly employee centric where people are being very supportive of your goals and career path.
However the problem i saw was, people are way too intimidated by the benefits company provides which somehow in the long run tend to make people slow-paced and less competitive.
