It was my first job so little hard to come up. As it was dealing with Banking and Insurance sector I had face many problems but had learn basics of recruitment. Due to personal reason I have to quit job, otherwise it would be helpful in enhancing my knowledge for recruitment.

Less office equipment like PC and Mobile phone.
Employees cannot work due to worst behavior Like salary issue. No appreciation, no value of work No joining means no salary
